Step 02 :

INTRODUCTORY CALL

You will be scheduled for an initial consultation with a Firefly Prequalification Manager. During this crucial phase, you will receive a formal introduction to Firefly, during which we will engage in an in-depth discussion regarding the comprehensive qualification criteria, encompassing both financial and operational aspects. Furthermore, we will delve into your specific territory of interest, ensuring that all your queries and considerations are thoroughly addressed.

Step 03 :

Setting Objectives:

an introductory conversation with a Firefly Sales Director. You are now prepared to engage in an in-depth dialogue about Firefly, facilitated by one of our esteemed Sales Directors. This discussion will encompass detailed insights into the specific qualification prerequisites, while also providing you with an overarching perspective of the process involved in becoming a Firefly restaurant owner.

Step 04 :

Due Diligence Process

Proceed to submit your application for approval and initiate the due diligence process. While your application is under review by the approval committee, you will undertake comprehensive research on the Firefly restaurant franchise. This research entails engaging in conversations with existing franchisees and key members of the Firefly executive team, as well as generating restaurant performance forecasts and initiating the development of your business plan. Once your application has been granted approval, your franchise agreements will be promptly dispatched to you.

Step 05 :

Formal Onboarding

After you have completed the necessary steps and signed the franchise agreements, they will be submitted to our headquarters in Jordan for counter-signing. Additionally, any associated fees will be processed. Upon the successful completion of these steps, you will officially become a Firefly franchisee.
